Susannah has designed this workshop for anyone who has attended the Pelvic Health (level 2) workshop previously and is ready to take their Pelvic Floor healing to the next level.

In this 2 hour workshop we will look with more detail into the myofascial connection between the body and the pelvis. Specifically looking at how to spot hypotonic (weak) and hypertonic (tight) pelvic floor and the different activation/release work needed for this.

Susannah will give an introduction to Hypoprogressives, a very exciting and unique breathing technique and poses designed to connect the entire body as one system. We will explore this technique as a practical application and add this to your pelvic health tool box.

We will finish the workshop with a thorough thoracic spine and diaphragm myofascial release, as well as leaving time for questions.
