200 hour Yoga Teacher Training
Starting in Spring 2026
Yard Yoga Teacher training with Sarah Alice Lee, Susannah White and Daphne Harman-Clarke
We are incredibly excited to share our knowledge and years of experience through our Yard Yoga’s 200 hour Teacher Training Course which is focused on alignment based Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
Many people are inspired to do a teacher training to deepen their own practice and yoga knowledge as well as to teach yoga. Our approach is modern and mindful of today’s lifestyle, while at the same time drawing on centuries’ old concepts from traditional yoga philosophy of how to live in balance and harmony on and off the mat. As well as learning how to teach a traditional yoga practice the modules include Yoga philosophy and history and basic anatomy and physiology of the human body.
Whether you decide to teach or not, this course has been designed to fully embrace Yoga and all that it has to offer. There will be challenges and we will overcome them together. We will make sure you feel safe and encouraged to move forward with confidence.
Course days:
Our teaching days are Friday to Sundays from 9am -5pm including a lunch break. All in person days are located in our Yoga studio in Forest Row, East Sussex.
The days are divided up into yoga practices, academic work and practical work. To complete the course, all days need to be attended in full. If days are missed we can discuss catch up days or self directed learning.
