2. Practical (2 full days / 15 hours):
Hypopressive Breathing & Apnea
Level 1 Hypopressive Postures and Sequencing
Full Fascial release techniques
Supervised teaching practice
Adapting the method for pre and post natal clients, rehab and athletic clients
Integrating Hypopressives into existing Yoga, Pilates or rehab sessions
3.Qualification Requirements
Complete exam questions after each theory section.
Submit two teaching videos:
360° breathing & apnea
Level 1 sequence
4.Certification
Receive an official certificate from the IHCUK
Listed as an IHCUK and CIMSPA-accredited trainer
