As you may already know, over time we all accumulate toxins, tension, unhelpful habits and thought patterns that can leave us feeling tired, lethargic, and stuck in our ways. Heat has been used for centuries by Native Americans, Mayans and ancient Indians as a way to purify the body and the mind.

In this 2 hour workshop Sarah will take you through a variety of detoxifying poses, squeezing out anything you no longer need. Together you will take it slow and have a nice long relaxation at the end.

To top it all off at the end of the class you will have a yummy green detox juice and energy ball waiting for you!

Fascial Release workshop with Susannah White

A 2-hour in-depth exploration into the science behind myofascial release and nervous system regulation designed to reduce pain, improve flexibility, and optimise sporting performance.

Join Susannah in learning about fascia as a sensory organ, fascia houses 250 million nerve endings which all send sensory information to the brain. During the workshop we will investigate how the nervous system impacts our sensory pain threshold and work on practices that link fascial release and nervous system regulation whilst improving flexibility, range of motion and breathing patterns.

Susannah will be teaching hands on techniques, how and when to use fascial release balls, and detailed breath work to give you the tools to manage your own symptoms however they show up whilst positively impacting your whole body physically and mentally.
