Osteopathy

Daphne is the co-founder of Yard Yoga and managing director of the studio. She originally qualified as an Osteopath in 2012 from the British School of Osteopathy and further specialised in Paediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children.

Osteopathy is a manual holistic therapy using a range of techniques to support healing and optimise health. Daphne treats many different types of patient from newborn to old age. She sees people with back pain, sports injuries, head and neck pain, work related injuries, pregnant women, children and babies.

Daphne practices Osteopathy at the studio on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays upon request.
