This workshop is for all those who would like to learn a progressive method of achieving the goal of splits. There are many muscle groups at work in splits but
primarily we will be working to lengthen the hamstrings ( front leg in splits) and hip flexors( back leg) so there will be a long warm-up targeting these areas. This will, therefore, be a fast flowing masterclass, informal and fun, plenty of time to ask questions but you will work hard! There will be some more seated postures to work further into the targeted area, including backbend work which also help back leg in splits.. After a good two hour warm-up, we will be safe to move into a splits sequence where you will come closer to, or achieve your goal of splits.
