Throughout a yogis life time practice, we use Sun Salutations a lot. This sequence has many benefits, such as synchronising breath with movement, heating the body and becoming body aware. Without proper alignment we could end up hurting ourselves in the long term and therefore it is vital to understand the sequence well.
