A yoga workshop with Amber Scott

Yoga speaks of three energy states (gunas) that account for our emotions, our behaviours and our physicality.They also hold sway over our thoughts and in these times of excessive stimulus we can be pulled too far into one direction or the other so that we find ourselves bogged down and exhausted. Through physical postures and breathwork we are able to connect with the rhythms of our body to and come back to a sate of balance.
